<@U71102MDOF5> i hear what you’re saying. One of the things I’ve been thinking about in our roll-out is, how do we get everyone to what we would consider to be our Phase I? Then we can work with 1-2 teams on getting to Phase II in order to learn how to get every team to Phase II. Eventually do we incrementally decide what’s good enough while maintaining some consistency so that maybe every floor has the same amenities, but they’re free to organize the interior in a way that makes sense for its tenants
